Decorative wine glasses come in many different types, with the decorating coming mainly from textured surfaces, or etching on the surface of the glass to make it opaque. Nearly any design you can think of is available, and often the best bargains to be had are online.
Antique wine glasses are often decorative, particularly those made from crystal, and can be very expensive. If you're prepared to hunt around in local antique and second-hand shops you might pick up a bargain that can pay for some of that wine!
